Tampa Police arrested a man Tuesday for the murder of a Sebring woman in 2018.
Homicide investigation underway after body found behind Tampa business
The body of Laurie Marie Pietscher, 28, was found behind a restaurant located at 3712 N. 15th St. on October 19.
Detectives determined she had been strangled and her vehicle was missing. The investigation pointed toward Gary Danielle, 48, as a possible suspect.

Danielle and Pietscher reportedly knew each other, and for the past several months, Tampa Police had been gathering evidence to bring charges against Danielle.
He was arrested Tuesday and charged with first degree murder, tampering with physical evidence, and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
