Photographer celebrates her 'soul sister' grandmother's 90th birthday after 2 months in quarantine

TAMPA, Fla. -- A local photographer put together a fancy photo shoot to celebrate her "soul sister" grandmother.

According to the photographer Deanna Salt, her grandmother had just finished her two-month quarantine period. And with this week being her grandmother's 90th birthday, Salt explained on social media that she decided to bring her beloved grandmother to Covington Farm in Dade City to celebrate.

"I have been planning this shoot for months and made her entire outfit. So, the fact that I could go through with it after coming up with multiple alternatives just makes me overjoyed!" the photographer said on Instagram.

Today my best friend/soul sister/grandma turned 90 years young!!!! If you had told me two days ago that I would actually get to take these photos at Covington Farm today I would be holding back tears of joy!!! We got the call yesterday that my grandma’s 2 month long quarantine could end!! I have been planning this shoot for months and made her entire outfit. So, the fact that I could go through with it after coming up with multiple alternatives just makes me overjoyed!! She deserves the world and I’m so glad I was able to make this day extra special for her!!! 💛💛💛

Salt explained on social media that her grandmother is her best friend so it meant the world for the young photographer to celebrate her grandmother's birthday.

"She deserves the world and I’m so glad I was able to make this day extra special for her!" Salt said on Instagram.
