HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested a 36-year-old man on Friday for videotaping a stranger in a public bathroom at the AMC Veterans 24.

Deputies say George Graham III videotaped the victim on May 25 in the men's restroom.

According to the arrest report obtained by ABC Action News, the victim reported while using the bathroom he "observed the phone moving and adjusting to point directly towards his genitals."

The victim quickly exited the stall and waited for the man with the camera to come out of the stall. The victim confronted the defendant and followed him outside to his car.

The victim got a tag number that deputies used to track Graham to his home.

"That is very violating, so it is crazy," Eliyas Garcia said. "So, now I'm going to be looking out when I go to the bathroom after I watch the movie."

According to the arrest report investigators found "multiple images of unknown males using the restroom with the expectation of privacy. These males are unable to be identified due to not knowing the locations where the photographs were obtained and no other previous reports of males being recorded while using the restroom."

Graham faces a charge for video voyeurism. He posted bond and is currently out of jail.
