According to investigators, she dropped her boyfriend off at his home along Cowart Road in Plant City.

Her vehicle was found about one mile away parked, running and locked along the railroad tracks on East Trapnell Road.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says her phone and keys were found inside.

“Time is critical when it comes to finding a missing person. Any tips or information that can help our detectives locate this woman are welcome and encouraged,” said Hillsborough Sheriff Chad Chronister.

ABC Action News spoke with her mother, Canitha, of Dade City, who says despite rumors of suicidal comments, she believes her daughter could be in trouble.

“I still know her and I know her better than anyone else and I know that is absolutely not the case here,” Taylor said.

Taylor describes her missing daughter as contagious, with an eye-catching smile and big personality.

Videos we obtained on Youtube from CosmicCeiha show exactly what she’s talking about.

“She stands out in a crowd. That’s the best way I can put her,” Cieha’s mother said.

It has been 19 days without communications, no calls or texts, according to Canitha.

Cieha usually stays with her boyfriend in Plant City but does not have any other family in the area.

Her mother says Cieha has two other brothers and a sister who are hoping to find her soon.

Taylor was last seen wearing a gray, white, blue and red dress with stripes, possibly with a pink sweater over it. She was last listed at about 5-foot-6 and 170 pounds. She has auburn-red shoulder length hair.
