CITRUS PARK, Fla. — A motorcyclist and his passenger were found dead on the shoulder of Gunn Highway after an apparent crash on Sunday, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
The sheriff's office received a call shortly after 6 a.m. from a motorist who saw the motorcycle on the side of the road pulled over and found the bodies of a man and woman.
Sheriff's office investigators believe the couple were riding southbound on Gunn Highway when they lost control in a curve and hit a road sign. Both were thrown from the bike, a sheriff's office release said.
