TAMPA, Fla. — Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister is conducting a school supplies drive to help teachers and students.

Supplies will be collected through Friday, July 26.

The Sheriff's Office says the following supplies are most needed:

  • 3-inch binder
  • Baby wipes
  • Backpacks
  • Calculator
  • Colored pencils
  • Composition book
  • Computer paper
  • Construction paper
  • Crayons
  • Division flashcards
  • Dry erase markers
  • Erasers
  • Glue sticks
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Loose leaf paper
  • Markers
  • Multiplication flashcards
  • Paper towels
  • Pencils
  • Pencil pouch
  • Pencil sharpener
  • Plastic pencil box
  • Plastic folders with 3-prong/pocket
  • Pocket folders with fasteners
  • Protractor
  • Ruler (inches/millimeters)
  • Sprial notebooks
  • Scissors
  • Two-pocket folder with fasteners
  • Tissues
  • Yellow #2 pencils
  • Zip-lock bags (snack, sandwich or gallon)
