The Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center is offering special adoption fees this weekend due to being overcrowded with pets waiting to go to their furever homes.
On Saturday, May 4, you can cash in on a May the 4th Be With You special, which allows you to adopt a ready-to-go dog for $4.
If you're looking to adopt a cat instead, on Sunday, May 5, the Cinco de Meow-o special will give you the chance to adopt a cat from the shelter for $5.
The Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center said they currently have 270 dogs (110% capacity) and 116 cats (74% capacity).
