UPDATE | Tiffany Velazquez has been located.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing and endangered 16-year-old girl.
Tiffany Velazquez was last seen on Wednesday at 12:45 p.m. walking away from her house in the 2600 block of Banyan Court in Tampa. She was wearing a pink long sleeve shirt and black and white pants.

Velazquez is diagnosed with medical and mental disorders and may be in need of assistance.
