Deputies search for suspect who stole purse, credit cards went on shopping spree at Publix

Hillsborough County Deputies are asking for the public's help identifying a female suspect who broke into a victim's car, stole their purse and made several fraudulent purchases with the victim's credit cards.

On Saturday afternoon around 4:30 p.m., an unknown suspect smashed the right rear door window of the victim's car at Baybridge Park, stealing the purse.

Around 5 p.m., surveillance video captured the suspect making several fraudulent transactions with the victim's credit cards at the Publix on Linebaugh Avenue.

The suspect is described as a white female between the ages of 25-25 years old. She has brown hair. She was last seen wearing a green long sleeve shirt with a black jersey shirt with cut off sleeves. The jersey said "Los Angeles 99" on the front. The suspect was also wearing black leggings with two white stripes on both sides at the time.

The suspect was driving a Gold Cadillac SRX (4 door SUV) with dark tinted windows and a sunroof.
