Detectives are investigating two armed robberies that happened less than an hour apart at gas stations in Tampa.
At about 2:00 a.m. deputies responded to the Thornton’s at Gunn Highway and West Linebaugh Avenue.
Then roughly 45 minutes later, another armed robbery was reported at the 7-Eleven at Gunn Highway and Henderson Road.
No one was injured in either incident, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says. HCSO believes both cases are related and they are working to identify a suspect.
