TAMPA, Fla. -- Three people are dead in a shooting at an apartment complex in Tampa Monday night in an apparent double murder-suicide.
Police said on Tuesday morning that early investigation suggests one adult male shot an adult female and another adult male then took his own life.
The Tampa Police Department responded to the report of a possible domestic disturbance the complex in the 17200th block of Madison Green Drive around 5:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found the victims all dead with gunshot wounds. Police say all of the deceased lived in the apartment.
Officers say the investigation is active and ongoing. No other information has been released at this time.
