TAMPA, Fla. — A man and woman are dead and another man is hurt after a shooting in Tampa on Monday afternoon.
The Tampa Police Department responded to a shooting in the 8400 block of North Orleans Avenue. When they arrived, police say they found three people with gunshot wounds.
Police say the suspect is a man in his 60s. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The victims are an adult female who was in her 50s and an adult male also in his 50s, according to police.

The female victim was taken to a local hospital where she died from her injuries, police say. The male victim was injured but is currently in stable condition, according to police.
Authorities say the suspect went to the home and shot at the male victim first, who was outside working in the yard. They say the suspect then fired at the female victim, who was also outside.
The male victim was armed and police say he fired back at the suspect. A female witness who was outside of the home and also shot at the suspect and killed him.
No identities have been released, but police say the two women and the suspect are related. The male victim who was injured is a neighbor.
