Halls River Rd. in Citrus County is open again after being closed due to a morning accident that had a truck hanging off a bridge railing.
Citrus County Sheriff's Office says a piece of equipment was crossing the bridge (not related to the current construction project) and lodged on the bridge railing.
FDOT inspected the bridge once the vehicle was removed to make sure the bridge was safe.
