Heavy police presence related to drive-by shooting in Seminole Heights, police say unrelated to murders
SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, Fla. -- Tampa Police swarmed the Seminole Heights neighborhood in response to a drive-by shooting on Friday night.
According to Tampa Police, the shooting happened in the area of 23rd and Lake in the 10 o'clock hour.

Shortly after the shooting, police chased the driver of a car to the 800 block of Conover, near Nebraska, where the drive crashed and ran.
Police searched by ground and air for the suspect.
The suspect was caught a short time later.
Investigators tell ABC Action News the shooting is not related to the past four murders in the Seminole Heights area.
