A woman has reportedly died in Delaware after falling about 40 feet from a zip line.

It happened at Lums Pond State Park in Bear, authorities said, though they declined to name the 59-year-old victim.

Citing state police, USA Today reports that the woman fell from the Go Ape attraction and was treated at the scene by New Castle County Paramedics. She was taken to the Christiana Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Very few details have been released about the incident, but police agencies have reported that a state police helicopter was dispatched to the scene.

According to the company’s website, Go Ape is "Treetop Adventure" experience featuring a "2- to 3-hour journey through the forest canopy as you take on suspended obstacles, Tarzan swings and breathtaking zip lines.”
