Target announced it's recalling Cat & Jack toddler rain boots because a part of the boot poses a choking hazard for kids.
According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the "Lilia" rain boots are being recalled because the unicorn horn on the boot can detach. The boots are sizes 5-12.
The model numbers are below. Anyone who has the boots should immediately take them back to Target for a full refund.
