Ever wonder what Santa's North Pole home looks like? Now you can see for yourself thanks to Zillow, the real estate and rental online marketplace.
“Santa’s home in the North Pole is one of the most famous homes in the world, so we’re thrilled it’s now on Zillow,” said Zillow Chief Marketing Officer Jeremy Wacksman. “Millions of kids are looking forward to a visit from Santa this year, and now they have the opportunity to virtually visit Santa’s house themselves.”
According to the real estate site, the Zestimate® home value of Santa's digs is $656,957, claiming that Santa’s home is "one of the most valuable residential properties in the Arctic."
The site has shared photos of the three bedroom, 2 bathroom log cabin that measures 2,500 square feet. The one-of-a-kind house sits on a 25-acre lot in the North Pole.
Some of the features of the home include a river rock fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, wood-burning stove, sleigh parking garage, stables and of course, a world-class toy workshop.

Don't worry, Santa's house isn't going on the market anytime soon; but Zillow is forecasting that the price of his home will go up 2.2 percent over the next year.
