ALBANY, NY - Albany police are currently investigating a homicide that occurred on Central Avenue.
Early Thursday morning, officers responded to a call at Rocks, located at 77 Central Avenue for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers learned that four people had sustained gunshot wounds while inside of the bar.
One of the victims, a male, died as a result of his injuries at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
The other three victims, one male and two females, were all transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say this was not a random attack and one person has been taken into custody.
The incident remains under investigation and the identity of the victims will not be released at this time.
