Mazda is recalling more than 60,000 cars for a problem that could affect the steering.

The recall effects Mazda 6 sedans from 2015 and 2016.

The automaker says wires under the front passenger seat can rub against welding debris, causing the wires to short and knock out the power steering and passenger air bags.

So far, no crashes have been reported.
