A Texas man could face child endangerment charges after a photo emerged causing outrage on social media of him riding a motorcycle with a toddler.
Police arrested Anthony Welsh, 30, on Tuesday.
The unidentified man who took the photo said that he and his wife were at a gas station on Sunday when they saw a man with a toddler straddling a large motorcycle. He snapped a picture of it and posted it on social media.
"It's just a very ill-thought out decision to pit a child in that position. If the motorcycle went down the child is a goner," said Captain Ken Defoor of the Liberty Co. Sheriff's Office.
"Possible charges would be endangering a child," Captain Defoor continued. However, Welsh has not been charged at this time.
