Dwayne Carter better known as rapper Lil Wayne is out of CHI-Creighton Hospital in Omaha, Neb. after he suffered two seizures Monday afternoon.
TMZ is reporting that the rapper checked out of the hospital on Tuesday and immediately left Omaha.
On Monday, a private jet carrying the rapper had to make an emergency landing in Omaha after he suffered a seizure.
Reps for the rapper said that he suffered "a minor seizure" but didn't confirm reports of multiple seizures.
"Under the guidance of his own doctors, he is now in stable condition and good spirits. He thanks his fans for their everlasting support, prayers and well wishes," Carter's rep said in a statement.
Carter has suffered at least four highly publicized seizures in the past four years, including two life-threatening ones back in March of 2013.
The 33-year-old was headed to California from his concert in Milwaukee when the incident happened.
The rapper is scheduled to perform in Kansas City this Saturday.
