Graco highchairs recalled due to potential falling hazard, 5 children injured so far

The Graco Table2Table 6-in-1 Highchairs have been recalled after reports of children falling out of them, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Graco has received 38 reports of the rear leg of the highchair pivoting out of position causing it to become unsteady, injuring five children who were in the chair when it fell over.

The 6-in-1 highchair converts to six different modes including a traditional highchair, booster seat and toddler chair and table, and has a gold and gray polka dotted cushion. The product is sold exclusively at Walmart.

Consumers who own the highchair should stop use immediately and contact Graco for a free repair kit.
