CHESTER COUNTY, Penn. – A dramatic video captures a group of good Samaritans rescuing a family from a sinking sedan.
According to ABC-affiliate WPVI-TV, four good Samaritans saved a dad and four kids from the rising floodwaters in Pennsylvania.
"You can see how strong the river is and it's pulling them away," Dan DiGregorio told WPVI.

DiGregorio was one of the four strangers who rushed to help.
"Honestly, out of nowhere, this backhoe comes around the corner and we immediately started screaming at the guy driving it,” he told WPVI.
DiGregorio told WPVI that the four strangers made human chain, holding onto each other’s belts to save each family member.
DiGregorio, along with David MacDonald, Tom Garner and Walter Puddifer are now connected by the incredible moment, WPVI reports.
