The email, sent the week before Thanksgiving, told some customers their upcoming flight was canceled.

The email directed customers to call a hotline to speak with an agent, but some customers say they called and never got an answer.
The airline eventually took to Twitter to apologize for the email, which they say was sent in error because of a "technical problem."
