Clair Mel City fatal shooting leads homicide detectives to 2 separate scenes

Hillsborough sheriff’s detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in Clair Mel City that includes two separate locations.

Ivonne Rivera-Ramis, 41, was sitting in a vehicle with a passenger on Rivergate Drive when an unknown suspect shot at the car. The victim and the passenger drove a few blocks south and ended up in a nearby McDonald's parking lot, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Rivera-Ramis died in the parking lot of the McDonald's on South 78th Street. 
Hillsborough County sheriff’s homicide detectives are conducting an investigation at both locations. 
No arrest has been made.
The shooting does not appear to be random, officials said.
