Need an excuse to eat some delicious melted cheese between two slices of buttery toast today? Look no further. Wednesday is National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day and restaurants and food trucks in the Tampa Bay area are celebrating with their own versions of the classic comfort food that evokes childhood memories. The Riddle on the Griddle food truck will be parked in Hyde Park Village in the Village Circle from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the first 25 sandwiches are free. Get more info here.
Mr. C's Grilled Cheese food truck will be parked at JSA Health in St. Pete from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and then Coppertail Brewing in Tampa from 6 p.m to 9 p.m.
