ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Police arrested a man they say was drunk on mouthwash and asleep behind the wheel of a car in rush hour traffic, KOAT reports.

On March 20, Anthony Sierra allegedly drank a bottle of mouthwash before falling asleep while driving.

Recently released body cam video shows him slumped over in the front seat with the car in drive and his foot on the break.

A woman called police to report a drunk driver that almost hit a few cars. When officers got to him, he was stopped on the interstate.

"This guy's got a bottle of Listerine in his lap. He's just wasted," one officer is heard saying in the video.

KOAT reports that Sierra has had his driver's license revoked 21 times and has at least eight prior DWI convictions.
