A U.S. Mail truck has jack-knifed on I-275 Southbound near exit 49 and it is causing major delays during the morning commute.
Just after 6 a.m. lanes started opening up and traffic is starting to move.
Sgt. Steve Gaskins says the truck hit a guardrail and is leaking fuel.
Update: Only 1 lane getting thru. This involves a semi carrying US Mail https://t.co/J7CAEEsq84
