The westbound lanes of State Road 60 were partially blocked after two tractor trailer collided Friday just after noon.
Florida Highway Patrol said there were reported injuries in the crash.
Traffic was blocked for a short period of time as crews worked to clean up the spill.
The crash happened roughly five miles west of US 27, near the railroad tracks.
