Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol will host a news conference on Monday for Hit-and-run awareness month.
The parents of a fatal hit-and-run victim will be speaking about their personal loss and how much of an issue hit-and-run crashes are in Florida.
Troopers will share up-to-date statistics and an FHP Hit-and-run investigator will be on hand to share experiences.
The issue remains a primary concern for Florida Troopers.
