About 20 students at Wiregrass High School are hoping to change the lives of 100 foster kids.
"Our goal is to bring foster kids to Disney for a day of joy that they can bring into adulthood," says Persaud.
Persaud is the head of Project Mickey.
The group is hoping to raise $25,000 to bring the kids, between ages 8-13, to Disney World in May.

Persaud says, "statistically foster kids are more prone to depression and instability later in life."
So far, the group has raised just over $5,500 for the trip.
"We're trying to change the world in little ways but make an impact on the bigger, broader world outside of us," Persaud added.
