Do not spend all your money at big box retailers on Black Friday. Small Business Saturday has a lot going on.

Ybor City is having its Saturday Market, where nearly 100 vendors will be setting up selling all kinds of things from baked goods and coffee, to jewelry and dog treats.

"Everything that you can think of to buy for anybody on your Christmas list, everything you'll buy here will be unique and handmade," said Lynn Kroesen, Director of Ybor City Saturday Market. "It's one of a kind. What better gift is that?"

Tiffany Minock opened the doors to her local shop last week. Morada Pure is specializing in skin care and features more than 30 small business brands sold inside her store.

Minock says small business runs in her family and the support means a lot.

"My grandfather started a trucking company years ago and passed it along to my mom and my uncle, her brother. It's been in the family since, my mom still works for that and my dad owns a coffee shop," Minock said.

The market is open from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The TECO Street Car in Ybor will be offering free rides on Saturday and will be operating early for shoppers.

If you do not feel like leaving the house, the website Etsy is another great way to shop local. You can customize your search to your area to see what businesses are right near you.
