By looking at lovely Lolita, no way you would know the hardship she has encountered in her short life.

Lolita, a one and half-year-old rat terrier, was found in the Redlands, a dumping grounds in South Florida for unwanted household pets, and rescued along with another rat terrier.

She now is being cared for by the folks at Animal Rescue Friends Network, also known as ARF'n. They are hoping to find Lolita a forever home.

Lolita would make an ideal companion for someone of any age. She is a playful, cuddle bear. Lolita plays well with other dogs and is cat friendly.

Like most pets, Lolita loves attention. But there is no need to coat your floors with paper, Lolita is house trained.

She is ready for adoption. Lolita has been spayed, microchipped and is up-to-date on her vaccinations.
