In its 25th year, Paint Your Heart Out, Clearwater is ready to celebrate.
And what better way to pump up the volume then with more friends.
The organization is seeking more volunteers to paint houses and make the program larger than ever before.
Individual volunteers, team volunteers, monetary support and sponsors are needed to assist in this year's event set for March 25. The project is scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Volunteers will be asked to help paint the exterior of about 12 houses.
Organizers are looking for teams of volunteers who can paint the houses. individuals also are welcomed and will be assigned to a team. The only restriction is volunteer painters must be at least 16 years old to participate.
Immediately after the houses are painted, a volunteer celebration will take place at Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater with food, drinks, prizes and music.
Paint Your Heart Out, Clearwater is a community partnership comprised of the city of Clearwater, local businesses, community groups and concerned citizens.
