SEBRING, Fla. -- The Highlands County Sheriff's Office reports a missing service dog is now back with its owner.

Deputies say Remy is a diabetic alert dog. He got out of a friend's fenced yard Sunday around 6:00 p.m. near Bianca Street in Sun 'N Lake of Sebring.

The dog's owner went out searching for Remy on Monday only to find black, tan and white long-haired Chihuahua sitting in the home's driveway on their return.
