Three suspects in a residential burglary incident were arrested by Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on Thursday after their SUV crashed into a ditch off of I-4.

Earlier that morning, the three suspects broke into a garage on Sorbonne Loop in Seffner and were spotted by neighbors who called 911 immediately.

As deputies responded to the call, the suspect vehicle, a Chevy Tahoe, passed them. Police followed the SUV but the the driver would not pull the vehicle over.

Deputies say that when the SUV got off of I-4, it traveled down the ditch line off of the highway, but got stuck in the mud.

Two suspects, Louanna Tallent and David Dixon (driver), jumped out of the SUV but were taken into custody by deputies.

A third suspect fled the scene but was later found on CR-579. The third suspect, identified as Michael Moncrief, resisted deputies with violence, but was taken into custody.

The suspects had reportedly stolen lawn equipment from the home on Sorbonne Loop. All three suspects are being booked into the Orient Road Jail.
