A resident living in Globe Terrace reported a suspicious man on Monday night just before 10:30 a.m. A man knocked on the resident's door and introduced himself as a police officer who was working a case. He left, but later returned. The resident didn't answer the door this time out of suspicion.

The homeowners noticed a black 1993 Honda Civic. Officers found the vehicle that matched the description, but it had a different license plate.

The man was described as black, about six feet tall, and 180 pounds. He wearing a white short-sleeved button shirt. black slacks and black shoes.
