Nearly 4,000 customers are without power in the Lutz area.
According to dispatch, a transformer blew, causing the outage.
As of 5:56 a.m., 3,903 customers were affected. TECO says they are aware of the outage and estimate to have it fixed by 9:15 a.m. on Monday.
