Pasco County sheriff’s deputies are asking the public’s help to find Elmon Welch Jr.
He is missing from a Zephyrhills assisted living facility.
Deputies are asking anyone with information about Welch’s whereabouts to contact the Pasco County Sheriff's Office or immediately call 911.
