The city goes all in for its annual St. Patrick's Day celebration.

Two small boats traveling in tandem on the Hillsborough River dumps a stream of non-toxic green dye into the water between Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and the University of Tampa.

A throng of spectators - some dressed in their favorite St. Patrick's Day gear - looked over the Riverwalk railing in downtown Tampa to take in the sights.

Mayor Bob Buckhorn's River O'Green Festival at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park will run all day Saturday
