Heart-stopping video released by Florida Highway Patrol shows the moment a woman on I-4 was hit by a suspected impaired driver.
Troopers say 40-year-old Angela Rosete was under the influence when she caused a five car crash on I-4 at mile marked 19 around 8 a.m. on Thursday.
According to an arrest report, a witness called 911 to report Rosete as driving recklessly before the crash happened.

Troopers say Rosete performed poorly on field sobriety exercises. According to the report, she was falling asleep while talking, had glossy eyes and droopy eyelids.
The report goes on to say that while getting checked out at the hospital, medical staff were forced to wake Rosete up several times "in order to get her to do something."
The trooper says when helping Rosete remove her jacket, they saw that her clothes were on inside out.
According to FHP, the woman seen in the video is the only person who was transported to the hospital from the crash scene.
Rosete was arrested and charged with five counts of driving under the influence with property damage or personal injury.
