TAMPA, Fla. — A nationwide free headshot event to help people dealing with unemployment is coming to the Tampa Bay area.
The event, called 10,000 Headshots will take place across the nation on Wednesday, July 22. The event is open to anyone who is currently unemployed and hopes to provide 10,000 unemployed Americans with professional images to use with their resumes.
Headshot Book is coordinating the event, with more than 200 Headshot Book photographers taking part.
Locally, the event is taking place at Lakeland Square Park mall and Tampa's Embarc Collective. Pre-registration is required for the 10-minute one-on-one session.
