Four major Bay area thoroughfares were host to tragedy Monday morning, as traffic crashes took four lives before and during the morning commute.
- A tow truck driver died in a hit-and-run while preparing a tow on the Howard Frankland bridge.
- One person is dead after a motorcycle crash on US 301 near Panther Trace Blvd. in Riverview.
- HCSO reports a fatality after a wreck near USF campus at 138th Ave. and Bruce B Downs Blvd.
- Pasco officials say a fatal crash at US 19 at Ridge Rd. closed southbound lanes during investigation.
