Firehouse Subs are celebrating National Brisket Day today.
As part of its Sunday tribute, Spring Hill area franchise owner Brad Lueking was interviewed in the ABC Action News Sunday Morning 9 a.m. newscast about Firehouse Subs' Public Safety Foundation and its charitable contributions.
He also demonstrated the art of making a brisket sandwich.
