TAMPA, Fla. — As we continue into the fourth month of COVID-19 here in Florida, many families across Tampa Bay are still struggling.

Feeding Tampa Bay provides us a weekly update on things that are changing and how they're continuing to keep food on the table for thousands of people in our community.

Six Mega Pantries remain open across Tampa Bay, each able to serve about 3,500 people. Each location needs volunteers to help serve.

The non-profit also continues to operate the Breakspot Meals, Mobile Pantries and the Trinity cafe sites. You can read more about those by clicking here.

Feeding Tampa Bay is also preparing to make sure they're ready for a hurricane if it were to hit Florida.

Despite the increase in need for people across Tampa Bay, there are efforts happening right now to make sure no one would go hungry.
