Dogs displaced in Louisiana flooding arrive at Humane Society of Tampa Bay on Thursday morning

The Humane Society of Tampa Bay says 18 dogs that were displaced in the Louisiana flooding will arrive at the shelter at 8 a.m. on Thursday in search of safe and loving homes. 

The dogs are coming from Acadiana Animal Aid shelter in Louisiana. The shelter needs to make room for the dogs that are coming in due to the floods throughout the state.

They are located at 3607 North Armenia Avenue in Tampa and their hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
