The Coast Guard is asking for public help in locating a missing boater near Jug Creek, Florida.
Jim Winkler, 62, went out on his boat Thursday and hasn't been seen since. His 20-foot boat turned up Friday without Winkler aboard.
Several agencies are aiding in the search, including FWC and the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
Winkler's last cell phone ping was at 7:01 p.m. just south of Cape Haze, Florida. His wife says he never fishes past 10 p.m.
