Clearwater police are conducting a death investigation after a man was stabbed, officials said.
Police officers and Clearwater Fire & Rescue Department emergency personnel were called to 1710 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday.
They responded to a report of a stabbing that occurred during what appears to be a domestic dispute, Clearwater police said.
The victim is a 58-year-old man who was pronounced dead at the scene. His 51-year-old girlfriend is being questioned by Clearwater police detectives at police headquarters.
