Bolts' fans take over arena plaza for Hockey Day

Tampa Bay Lightning’s Thunderbug and Lightning alum Jassen Cullimore dropped by the ABC Action News studios to say hello and tell Bolts’ fans about Tampa Bay Hockey Day at Amalie Arena.

The daylong event is under way att the plaza at the downtown sports arena until 6 p.m. today, Feb. 13.

The family fun event will include lot of festivities for young and not so young fans alike. Several former Tampa Bay Lightning players such as Cullimore will be on hand to take part in the festivities.

The arena opened at 11:15 a.m. for Lightning practice followed by St. Louis Blues practice sessions.
