A 23-year-old Tampa man has been charged with 2nd degree murder after he reportedly stabbed his 43-year-old father to death.
On Thursday, November 17, at approximately 8:50 p.m., Tampa police responded to 2608 East 18th Avenue in reference to a physical fight and a possible stabbing.
When police arrived on scene, they found Damon D. Larry, 43, suffering from multiple wounds. Larry was transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Tampa police say Damon Timothy Larry, 23, reportedly attacked his father and got into a fist fight with him. A witness told police that the father tried to get away from his son, but he fell to the ground and his son continued to hit him.
Damon Timothy Larry was arrested without incident and he was charged with 2nd degree murder with a weapon.
